After how long/what level are you expected to fully lead management meetings at your company?

Hearing some stuff about Verve potentially closing down after letting loads of people go unceremoniously.

Anyone heard similar? Somewhat surprising if true, but would put their recently launched Verve 'Showrunner' offering in a different light.

Real talk ... if someone is over 35 and hasn’t been married before, do you automatically assume there is something wrong with them?

We have a spreadsheet saved in a shared folder and when I open it I can see all the tabs. But when others accessed the same worksheet, even while I was in it, one tab was missing. Has this ever happened to anyone? I’m trying to figure out what went wrong.

I’m getting thrown off by this. If a company has a negative NWC peg, let’s say ($15m) but the NWC at delivery is ($10m), how does that result in a purchase price increase? You’re delivering more working capital because it’s a smaller negative?
