After how many day can I expect a call from TCS HR after uploading documents in the portal.

I have 2 offers and unsure which to take.
1. Mid-Market SDR that has 90+ SDRs 52k base 73k OTE.
2. Enterprise BDR less than 10 BDRs in US (Germany Based just breaking into US) 55k Base 75OTE.
What are your thoughts? Please help here haha
