After i cleared all the rounds. HR told me- initially we were hiring for 2 positions one is filled already & other one is in hold due to recession. After 2 weeks i got a call from them asking me if i am still interested they have re-opened and now i am again waiting for the offer letter they said it will take 2 days for approval from finance

This just concerns me -
Will there be quality work after i join?
Do they really need me? Will my position be valued?
Should one join such a company?

Best way to negotiate? Was offered 110 when initial call the range provided was 105-125. No bonus or equity at this role. Don’t have another offer but do know that industry range is between 110-140ish. Number I want is 120k

I assume this is based on the company, industry, and experience. I have a graphic design background with 10 years experience and have a springboard certification for UX. I recently had the interview with KPIT for Data Scientist position. I have cracked multiple rounds and had salary discussion with HR. Everything was good and HR was ok to release the offer. She sent the offer for management approval. But after 2 days the HR replied to me saying the position was went on hold and then can not release the offer. What went wrong here ?

I don't think jumping right into CPCU is the right way to go. I can earn my CIC and then pursue a CRM or CPRM. I don't think I want to do the CISR since that won't do much for me if/when I move to underwriter. Is there something else I should consider? Do designations matter at the company level?
