When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

Sounds like a chance to rise to the occasion.
Chaos is a ladder.
When i was a junior my CDs switched teams and then a week later my ACD went on maternity leave and a week later ny senior AD quit. So i reported directly to my ECD too. All i can say is ask for help when you need it and manage up as much as possible. I was promoted and given a raise for my hard work but it took a lot to get there
Your ECD is going to help with your navigation. Imagine Richard Winters in Band of Brothers getting in the trenches with his troops in the Breaking Point episode instead of the incompetent Norman Dike character. Binge it now that you’re WFH.
This is how I started my career. I was #2 hire. The ECD was #1. The rest of the agency was at the main office. We were the ‘new office’. I worked 18 hour days 6 days a week. We even bought a couch that I could sleep on. It was brutal. But I made a fuck ton of work and in 18 months I left to work at the most awarded agency in NY at the time and quickly rose up the ranks. All because I had to do literally everything at my 1st job, my 2nd was a cake walk.
My advice, for what it’s worth, is to dig in and show up. These chances don’t come knocking often. And if you do it right (and by that I mean just keep showing up and trying your best) it will pay dividends.
Good luck. Be well.
Get ready for some long days/ nights/ weekends.
Just curious, why did people quit? Especially during a time like this?
Don’t work with OP but on my team we had someone quit because they thought it would be more enjoyable to collect unemployment than to work hard while WFH ( our clients are still spending money). This was their exact reason.
