After learning how credit utilization impacts one's credit score, I just raised the limit on 2 of my credit cards. I opened 2 cards last week in order to take advantage of cash back bonus deals.(cont)

Will this negatively impact my credit score? I use my credit cards like debit and pay everything in full weekly.

I think it’d depend how long you’ve had the other cards open and how many other cards you have total. Might take a slight temporary dip?

I've had my oldest card for 5 years and the current average age of my cards is 2.5 years. Student loans are 6 years but those will all be paid off by the end of this year, lowering the average age. 5 cards total. Not trying to take out any loans now, rather building a base for 3-4 years down the line.

Hopefully you don’t want a major line of credit in the next year, otherwise like A1 said, temporary dip and it’ll take off and go higher in a bit assuming cards continue to be paid in full etc...

2nd yr senior in accounting reporting advisory. Does it make sense to apply for a financial analyst II role in amazon ?

The role is mostly finance, budgeting and forcasting and running numbers so skills at ara are not 100% transferable so it make sense

But it does feel like a level down. The comp is expected to be 30% higher including all the incentives.

I want to be well versed in terms of finance and accounting aiming for cfo in 15 yrs

What should my salary range be? This is great experience but I’d like to know if it’s even worth the stress. I’m looking to work remote and would love to still be involved in HR. What’s a good asking price for a remote HR generalist position with my experience?

I’m trying to figure out how much I wanna spend on a house.
