After many years of doing purely corporate law, I recently moved inhouse to do structured finance. Honestly, I am in unknown territories. My boss also not patient about my re-learning process yet they knew from the interview that I know close to nothing about structured finance. I am 2 months into my 6 months probation period and I am worried that I might have bit more than I can chew. FYI - I am doing all I need to do to learn (books) but still struggling. Any pointers on how to get it faster.

Helped me a lot going to Edgar and getting precedents and seeing what they do.
I’ve heard about this precedents.. but does it just mean searching in Edgar for filings with similar provisions?
