Boss (also CEO) hated the execution of an internal event we held today. With all of the external projects I’m working on currently, I delegated the event to a Manager on my team. She was given checklists/guides to follow, weekly oversight from my end, and has attended 5 previous internal events of the same nature so she’s very familiar with the process. We even held a dry run to prep before the event today. How much of this falls on my shoulders? CEO is pissed but I feel like I did all I could.
