Promotions reduced due to covid and found out I’m being held back on my senior promotion (Canada). I’ve been on the fence about leaving for a while, and this may be it. Do you think it makes sense to take my accounting experience over to an FP&A role in terms of transferability? I feel like a lot of the analysis and excel / ppt skills transfer over, but it is a lit of tax knowledge to just leave behind.
I don’t care a ton about tax subject matter though
