After you get your green card, how much more money can you expect to make?

When is a H1B eligible to initiate H4 ? Also what's the suggested time (when) for such initiation? Please help

I have received an offer from Deloitte for ‘Project Delivery Senior Anlyst’ position on some technology preferred provider program. It is hire in advance , that means I should get project ‘after joining’. I have heard PDM is like contract worker, you can get laid off once project ends(just 2 weeks bench).
