Any Scrum masters on H1B visa working directly with the client or with a vendor (Not consultancy)? Need tips and/or suggestions to finding a new job.

I am currently working as a Scrum master for a client through a consultancy and am having a hard time finding a new job that sponsors H1B visa.

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director l, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

I’m a client success specialist and it’s almost time to negotiate my salary. I’ve been with the company for a year and a few months. I have exceeded all expectations of my field. I’m making 62k and I see that the average pay for my position is is close to 80k. I work for a smaller company. But I need advice on how to ask for a higher salary?

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? I am in a very toxic account. They tend to blame their miscommunication or lack of communication of materials to the creative teams who are working on the projects. Weirdly though the Creative teams and accounts still manage a very good relationship which I don’t know if it’s only on the surface level. In every project that I lead, none of my account teams keep me posted on any updates that I affects my project yet blames it all to me for not asking. I really want to quit but am I weird?
