I have an offer from a Fintech company for 13.8lpa + 1.9lpa worth of stock, which is below the range I quoted (18-24lpa). I have an experience of 4 year of freelancing (while I was in college), and 1 year of corporate.

I am confused whether to take this or not, as company is not considering 4 year of freelancing as valid experience while quoting CTC.

Does Omnicom have a hiring freeze? Is the below scenario typical of OMG or is this a red flag?

After interviewing at an OMG agency, I received verbal confirmation immediately afterwards that they’d like to move forward with an offer, but need finance approvals. This was 2 weeks ago though, and still no official offer.

That said, the recruiter has been responsive towards me, and hasn’t ghosted me but wondering what the reason could be for the delay.

Ok so found that an employee was getting family posts added into a large multi-national clients IG social channel stories. Family IG was a real estate account where they added in a client product to a photo etc etc. my question is I feel like this is a no brainer “no no”. No matter the situation as a steward of the clients social strategy and channels you don’t promote employee or family business there. Am I wrong? Seems like also something that should be easily understood.
