Ah I feel like I have gone way too dependent on MBA consultants that now I am not comfortable/confident writing anything on my own... can someone set me straight?

Do Federal consulting firms value MBAs or specialized Masters degrees more? Interested in the earnings potential from MBA that is often touted, can’t help but think that it is less applicable in Fed.
