I did a program of 8 months in Graphic & Web design, where I learn all the basics, and two months later, I was able to find work as a junior graphic designer for 3D trophies. Love the work I do, but I still want to improve my skills and polish my portfolio to eventually find extra work. Are brand manifestos necessary? I’ve been doing branding for 12 years and both agency and clients put so much focus on it but it never really gets used/read after project is live.

As a agency UX designer, I found it’s hard to land a job at a product company. I’ve been searching for in-house design jobs for a month.

Landed some interviews at big companies like Amazon and Dropbox, but many of interviewers had concerns about my experience, as I mostly designed marketing sites or app that has limited data to validate the design.

It seems that the only way to go right now is to try to get in ANY product company to sharpen my product design skills.

Any advice?
