Globant I have been betrayed by Globant HR. I have been offered 27 from globant. HR told me that they are gonna release the offer letter for 25 and will revise it to 27 at 4 days prior to my joining. I was busy with my new house interior work during my notice period so I couldn't apply to other companies for a better offer. That's a tough one, Oracle HCM is really giving Workday a challenge. One advantage in the Oracle knowledge is you won't be tied to working for a Workday partner - you can go independent or start your own firm. With Workday you have to be working with a partner or be at client side of the house. Basically Oracle skill sets give your more flexibility and allow you to transition easily to other streams. Other than that I believe Baker Tilly has a great culture from what I heard. I think Alight is similar as well, maybe BT edges out in terms of global brand recognition.
I will just add that if you certified in Oracle it will carry with you. While with Workday it's only valid till you work with their partners. Once you leave you basically leave your certification behind, I think they give you 6 months to join another partner for it to be valid. Again going to my point above, if you are doing workday it's only valid if you are with a partner. I can't remember how many there are I am going to guess like 12, where as there are probably over 100+ firms doing Oracle. Hope it makes sense message me if you need clarification
