Ive recently interviewed at a tech unicorn (data integration tool), an IPaaS company & Amazon AWS (SDR/ BDR for all)

pay wise, the IPaaS company & AWS pays a lot better whereas culture wise tech unicorn & AWS is better. There’s potential career growth for all, just that with the tech unicorn, progression may be faster as they r expanding.

I’m torn now and don’t know which to choose. Heard it’s quite tough to work in AWS

What is the minimum amount of experience you think someone needs to switch from big law to inhouse if they do not care about a salary cut or starting at the bottom? Just wondering how long I have to stick it out before getting seriously considered for an inhouse position. SALT group.

I'm a VP in healthcare, working mostly on oncology. I want to work on women's health, health tech, and/or mental/behavior health. Of course my agency is like "great, go get some new biz." Hi all, currently have 2 YOE in Info Assurance at a company that deals with PII and PHI daily. For the future I am torn between trying to get into a more forensics focused role or continuing this track into a security architect role. Either way I would like to move into a bigger company (possibly FAANG or somewhere like AbbVie). So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
