Anyone hear anything about COVID spikes for the summer? It's a bit confusing to be honest, hearing conflicting insights

Best books you read this year that aren’t about sales, marketing or prospecting?

I know we are living in the COVID Era and things may be different but as a self-taught designer that’s been employed for the last 8 years here in the city, I’d like to be able to make myself attractive to the advertising world.

I usually operate on the fringes of the design community and I don’t know all the cool kids (outside of interning at 3st).

What can I do besides have a great portfolio?

I’m looking to buy an investment property in the next 9-12 months. When applying for a mortgage, do they only look at my ability to repay based on my salary alone? Or is historical (or projected) income from the property considered as well?

This will be my first property.
