Considering an exit to a startup that just completed a solid series B. They’re willing to provide competitive comp package and surprised how large the base is for a startup. I've completed 6 years in TCS this month. Now I'm being offered an on-site opportunity in Berlin, Germany. My preference is France as my to-be spouse lives there. Should I accept the offer and search for jobs in France while staying in Germany because I'll be having a visa to provide me with an edge, or it won't be fruitful as the visa is completely dependent on my tenure in Germany?

I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true? Because i am little bit stresseful that permanent wfh options may be very hectic. Kindly guide me in this regards.
