I have used Apttus, Agiloft and Conga, all for small, in-house legal departments. I think my favorite so far is Agiloft but they all have good and bad qualities.
We are in the process of switching to Agiloft. I’m hoping for a good result. You can set up a demo with most of the vendors; some of it will depend on the type of workflows your organization prefers, and maybe the types of contracts you work with.
Just started using OnSpring. Been very good so far, but a lot of custom building may be necessary depending on your current setup.
Thank you.
The contract management solutions we've seen having the most traction in the market in the past year (focus on companies on the West-Coast) are:
IronClad
Malbek
ContractRoom
Parley Pro
Apttus, Agiloft and Conga also have large footprint in the market, per the other response by Vice President, Legal. The same is true for iCertis and SpringCRM. We've started compiling data on these various solutions here: https://www.legal.io/legal-software/category/Contract-Management
Thank you.
I’m in the process of implementing LinkSquares and hoping it all goes according to plan!
Any updates on how the implementation went and if the software functions as demoed? We are looking at them now.
Check out Knowliah, a European ELM and CLM tool, starting to break through in the US, recently recognised by Gartner as a worldwide representative tool, also for small legal departments and their stakeholders.
There is one vendor, Contract Wrangler, that goes beyond machine learning to provide a truly automated post signature solution. Their "Contract Performance Platform" is one part machine learning and one part "attorney-in-the-loop". Their internal contract performance team QCs the AI output on the back end so your team doesn't have to. From the customers' perspective, it is fully automated because they don't touch or feel that QC process. They can also handle historical agreements and 3rd party paper with no problem.
