Opinions needed: I’m involved in BPN (black professionals network) at work. We try to have events and touch points each quarter, but obviously because of COVID we haven’t been able to do so. I am trying to brainstorm ideas for connecting virtually (email newsletters, zoom calls, etc) and possible topics to be included and discussed so that it won’t end up in just a negative venting session. I would like to keep it positive and upbeat. Ideas/suggestions welcome!

Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?

Anyone on here interested in developing friendship with other teachers despite potential differences. I'm finding it difficult to speak my mind with my coworkers because I tend to hold more conservative viewpoints. But I want to hear others' opinions and understand them. If you're in for that too, I'm here. I'm about to start my 5th year teaching in an urban school district, and I'm a 5th grade teacher.
