I’m working with TCS for about 1.6 years and upgraded to TCS Digital last year. Now after my first annual appraisal was completed, I am wondering how will it be related to the performance band?
Since a C band would result in stoppage of the elevated compensation component. I have heard people talk that someone can get a C band even if they have a >4.5 appraisal rating.
