Attended tcs interview 3 months back. Tech and managerial round for over. The status in ibegin was Evaluation in progress. Docs are verified. Then I dint get any update.
Today I could see current status as candidate registered against job as current status. And the old update is showing under "track previous status".
Can anyone please explain this? Tata Consultancy

Hi Folks, I am currently serving notice period and 50 days are remaining of 90 days. I have offer of John Deere of 23 LPA as fixed and 8 percentage variable as separate component. I have counter offer of 27 LPA fixed from EPAM Systems . I want to join product captive company would john deere be providing counter offer above 23 may be as 25 LPA as fixed, recently they have started my weekly managerial connect to understand the project and to see if I have any issue. But same YoE and current CTC ppl are getting 22-23 LPA
I feel you bro. I helped some colleagues in their projects wherever they are stuck technically. Those same colleagues with same YoE and CTC have gotten 23 LPA offers. I am not able to go past 17-18LPA.
I don't know what's wrong with me. Because 1 colleague still contacted me whenever he is stuck in his tasks in new company as well. He is getting 23 LPA 😑

I agree & can relate bro. I'd suggest getting this negativity out of your mind.
Unfortunately, on record you cannot discuss someone else's salary to negotiate yours, however off the record you may try asking HR the reason behind this, coz honestly this is weird & unfair!
I will give one more... We will just match your last offer...
