All my interviews I am clearing technical, manager, client, onsite and HR as well... The same company is paying the other selected ones 25-26 lpa... But for me it is always 15... I have been one of the best performers in all my projects.. I don't know where I am lacking... And why every other company is treating me in this manner...

Raise question. Just finished first year at new firm. 10 year attorney. Former solo that joined larger advertising PI firm. 3-4 of the 10 years experience are in PI but only one exclusively in litigation. I am on litigation side. Lots of trial experience in former practice area. Compensation is currently 125k base, 3% quarterly bonus once I surpass about 60k in fees.
