To those who are thinking of resigning without an offer, I seriously advise you not to do so. I resigned in July due to a hectic (you can call it toxic) work culture and was confident enough to get another offer. But nothing materialized, no calls, savings money almost depleted with the EMIs, hard lesson learned!

Please try to resign only if you have an offer in hand or you're financially sound enough to survive without a job for at least a year! Cheers!

How long does it take firms to get back to you after you’ve submitted an application to recruiting via email?

Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I just keep feeling anxious that I’m not meeting expectations and feel reluctant to ask for help. Anyone in the same boat?

Hello I looked up the average Patient access supervisor salary in my area and used that to ask for $35x hour but was brought back down to $30. Anyone know if it’s worth this salary? My gut tells me take the job for the experience!
