What do you all think of 2-3 year Human Resource Leadership Development rotational programs?

I am getting a Masters in I/O psychology right now and considering doing one of these programs or going into consulting when I graduate. I really like having a variety of work and accelerated growth which is why both options interest me.

I’m starting to get staffed in more CD-level roles and floundering…I need creative director bootcamp. I don’t know how to ask the right questions, develop a creative process, structure a team, or even trust my own judgement on creative anymore. I’ve learned a bit from other CDs but they tend to be so high-level their skillsets aren’t as applicable since I still get in the weeds as an ACD. How can I learn this stuff without asking my manager for help every time I have to lead a team?

I have a great deal of experience as an Analyst on the sales side of the business. However, I am interested in Cybersecurity. I am studying for the Security+ exam and will complete this by the end of November. Any advice on how to strengthen my resume? I’m willing to study and take any certifications to better my chances.

Transition to Consulting? Going to have 2-3 competing jobs offers that I need to make a decision by the end of the week on.

Working for a good-sized shop on good creative.

I have an extremely difficult colleague that I cannot work with. He answers my questions with completely tangential information and i have to repeat questions multiple times before he answers them, easily the poorest communicator I have ever worked with.

The week he took as PTO was the best week of my career at Amazon and I was far more productive.

I don't think I can continue working here if I am working with him on a daily basis, but I don't want to be seen as a poor team player. Any advice?

I’m an insurance analyst 2 (servicing) for nationwide. I have a P&C insurance license, just slightly over two years experience, a 1.5 year 100% quality evaluation record. I have gotten to the current position I am in very quickly, comparatively to other folks b/c of my performance. I work odd hours to receive additional pay, which is good. I believe I make about $57k. Given that I don’t have much experience in the industry, I don’t know if this is good pay. Looking for advice advice to advance.
