All of a sudden my pay seems not that great with the current inflation of rentals. How’s everyone managing it? Are companies trying to compensate in some shape or form?

Just as a reference, the apartment I wanted to move in went up from 100k to 150k in just 3 months with only one flat left. 🙄

At FnF I have 30 days EL will I get complete one month pay or one month basic pay only...please suggest. Genuinely
