2 month notice period is also causing issues for you?

To tackle this problem i put down my paper then i started giving interviews after 1 month. I have 3 YOE and working from office. And on my firat offer i have got 100% hike. If you are working from home then i don't think it's going be a big issue for you. Few companies only agrees to schedule interview in evening. Note: After 100% increment, I am not able to schedule interviews as i am asking more

Yes i have an offer from KPMG. It was my first interview. And i got 90% hike. Now i am not able to schedule any interview as i am asking for more money😅

@author, u can drop papers before getting offer only if u r skillset has healthy openings in the current market and yr confident that u can crack interview s, also one other choice is to lie that 2 months notice period in new company and tryto get offer and later try to extend joining date...

Just put down your paper and start giving interviews. Simple yet effective solution. Beleive me you won't regret, specially in present scenario of IT Industry. 👍

Two questions: 1) I’m pregnant with my first baby (16 weeks), any advice on when to disclose? 2) Does that timing advice change given our current COVID circumstances? I’ve been WFH since March, and while the Firm hasn’t indicated it’s going to require us back in, a handful of partners I work have started to mention it. I’d like to nip that talk in the bud and feel like a reasonable way to do that is to disclose. Thanks in advance for any thoughts?

I need some help. I need to lose 40 lbs. 5’2, 170 lbs. i started working out more but then stopped because I was miserable doing it. Decided to focus on diet and I just end up binge eating. WFH also makes it harder to be active esp when working out (the cardio at least) makes me so miserable. I do walks sometimes but that obviously doesn’t burn enough to mean much. At this point idk what to do. Keto helped in the past but now I can’t even find the drive to do that! What do I do?

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.

OBGYN and Cardiologist both have said that it would be ultra high risk for to move before the baby comes and will be safe 1-2month after. Tips moving the start date without getting the offer pulled?
