Should depend on your anticipated raises for next few years. If you're getting double digit raises every year, the # to leave should be a lot higher.
20% is a good target for typical F500 exits. However, you might be able to swing 30-50% if you manage to get into a fast growing tech or finance company
ATK1: what level are you right now with ATK? Planning to leave to industry and was curious about the upside/downside in comp, currently at Manager level at MBB
