I'm a woman in tech, and over the course of my career I've experienced some egregious instances of sexism. In addition to impacting my career progression, it's made me a lot more bitter and reactive than I'd like to be, which I find obviously detrimental particularly in continued male dominated workplaces.

Women - other than therapy, have you found anything helpful for dealing with this kind of thing?

Men - is there a best way to talk to you about unintentionally sexist behaviour?
