Im going to join FIS Global on 25th as a Java dev. I have 3.9 years total exp, current company is TCS. what it will be like to join Fis and any risks? Could anyone give a brief about the culture and what it will be like in the first 1 year?. What I can find difficult as coming from a service based company?

Yes - and if you go over the constructive cost of your usual commute, you just cover the extra spend. And interesting, due to work visa laws, if you travel overseas as a tourist, you are not supposed to work remotely in that country. Makes for nice OOO message!
You cannot alt travel internationally unless you're on an international project. Many contracts also have clauses about overseas work not being allowed.
D1 and D4 are both right. Firm has no objections to international alt travel. I've had a lot of friends do it. However certain clients don't allow it. So read your client travel policy or ask your pm.
