I have a workbook with a couple of custom lists that we use every month in my department. I'm handing off this responsibility to someone else who will be using their own laptop to do it. Will the custom lists pull over to their version, or do we have to set them up in their version of excel on their laptop?

Trying to count the maximum number of overlaps in at a given time in a series of date ranges. Finding an overlap is easy, but not sure how to cycle through date ranges while keeping a Max count

Need to count attendance per office location. Looking for cell formula that gives me live view of “yes” (attendance) when attendee is assigned to “x” office. Keep trying IFS but getting 0.

I have a date I need to match to an array of strings (that represents dates). Eg matching 6 nov 20 to (20201106, 20201107, etc. ). I can convert my date into this format using text(date,”yyyymmdd”) but then my lookup tried to match “20201106” with that list and the “ causes a mismatch. Any hints, and I would prefer not to change the array format?

Anyone work on a Mac and use parallels when in need of excel? If so, does it work or is it a big no-no? My work going forward will not primarily be excel, but I have to use it on weekly/monthly basis. Might also have to use some Power BI. Would love to go back to working on a Mac but excel has stopped me from buying one…

Opened a spreadsheet where the user did that thing where all of the rows and columns outside of a select area are grayed out so that you can't see or do anything wirh those cells. How to un-do this and make it normal?

Hoping someone here can help. I have two excel files, each with multiple worksheets, because they have different audiences. Management wants me to combine into a single workbook. Is there some way to restrict who can see which worksheet in this new file? Every user will fall into one of two groups. Alternative suggestions welcome!
