I’m a cci edit coder. I currently have the RHIA registered health information administrator. I been thinking of studying for CCS certified coding specialist exam. But none of the jobs I’m interested in require CCS. They want someone that is familiar with data using excel tableau etc I know these things but I have not worked in a role. I guess my question is should I past this CCS exam then focus on trying to get experience as a data analysts or forget about the CCS?

I’m thinking about leaving EY before passing the CPA exams. Am I able to go ahead and get the experience form signed ahead of passing the exams? I don’t want to talk to my team after I leave.

I have completed all my background verification process and pre joining formalities before 3 days in cognizant. Still I didn't receive the onboarding pass. How should I get my onboarding pass? Because in 1c portal it's mentioned like onboarding pass is mandatory for joining.

Kindly help me on this regard.

I have recieved an offer from cognizant and they have sent link of their portal to accept offer and complete document formalities. Can I go ahead and do this, even though I might not join the company later?

My LWD was 21 Nov but my HR called me yesterday and said they gonna preponed my LWD to today and received resignation acceptance mail with revised date..

Thing is I have joining on 23 Nov in CTS. I am planning to preponed to this Friday.

Is it ok?? It won't leads to BGC problem ryt??
