Joined accenture recently and allocated support project and i am from dev background yoe 10 and People lead saying if not ready will take action by involving HR.

In a startup, I'm currently managing two different projects: 1 as a scrum master and Project Manager, other as a Product owner reporting to the CEO. I have 4 yrs exp in dev+lead and 1year as PM. How do you handle difficult clients? Our agency has a client that asks for MANY corrections yet refuses to pay more for the extra work we're doing for her even if we followed her original guidelines to a T due to a history of this happening before.

I have a client who wants to book me out for the next 6 months. The quality of work is meh and brands are small which makes for a bit of a boring experience + no chance of portfolio work, but the pay is good.
