[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
What is bench policy of mphasis?

PRD is a Deloitte term. We just call them internal initiatives or +1s. So think recruiting, etc
What group r u in? And no, I know ppl who did 4 months before. Don't sweat it and jus keep reaching out and try to work on BD work.
Yeah they're still investing heavily into digital, it's in all the Q4 results articles. I wouldn't worry, jus keep trying to get staffed.
Knew a guy in digital who was on bench for a year. He stayed busy doing BD and PRD. No worries at all
What's bd and prd?
BD is business development, working on something internal that may get us more work down the road. Honestly I would be worried bout being on the bench that long. Start looking outside of digital for anything local.
And PRD?
OP what city are you based out of.
