Current EY vax policy?
Last year I was laid off from my company due because of synergies. At the beginning I thought it was the last drop, but then I realized it was the best thing ever happened to me.Many times I considered quitting, but I was too scared and I was worried that my depression wouldn’t go away with a new job. I was wrong and while I looked for a job I was able to take time off and heal. I started a new job, and so far so good! There is alway a light at the end of the tunnel.I hope this help someone else!

Deloitte fishes - I’m new to Deloitte and enrolling in benefits and having a hard time determining if I go with one of the PPO or HDHP plans. Despite having to go through IVF we’re healthy and rarely go to the doctor but I know with IVF and a possible pregnancy that could all change. Would love feedback on what has been helpful - HDHP is what I’m leaning towards!Deloitte
Do you track your ovulation? I think the thing that really worked for me was using ovulation tests 4 times a day 4 hours a part and pinpointing when I ovulated and then we had sex every other day starting 6 days before I ovulated and a few days after
I thought those tests are most accurate between specific hours, did you manage to test 4x within those recommended hours or did you stretch it out a little more? Love this idea and definitely want to try it!
go to a reproductive endocrinologist and get tested. it’s worth it and they can help you plan
Thank you, did this. Nothing wrong with me. Husband has low T so on clomid for a few months before they’ll test him further

Read “it starts with the egg”. Some good tips on improving egg quality. I would also see an RE to get the basic panels done and maybe a sono if they’re willing just to check there’s nothing going on with the uterus that may have caused the miscarriage. Many won’t do anything until you’re “recurrent pregnancy loss” (2-3 or more) which I personally think is just cruel, but some are more open to an exploratory diagnostic workup.

Another thing to consider might be doing one of those food sensitivity tests. If you have some food sensitivities causing underlying chronic inflammation, that could be contributing to difficulty getting/staying pregnant.
I don’t drink so alcohol wasn’t a factor for me, but I also reduced my caffeine intake. I followed the PCOS diet (lower carb, low sugar, no dairy, no soy) and got pregnant after 2 years of trying (and two losses). I stayed on the same diet after my daughter was born because it helped me feel great. Ended up getting pregnant easily with baby #2.

Have you had a baby before? For me my first two were super easy so then I was confused and frustrated when it took me seven months and two chemical pregnancies to conceive the third time (granted I was a few years older than the previous pregnancy). Alcohol should be fine as long as it’s in moderation; same with caffeine. But I will say I was drinking more than I should have leading up to and in the early months of trying to get pregnant. Drinking a ton of coffee too. I don’t know that those factors contributed (I did the same before my prior easy conceptions) but I have a gut feeling it wasn’t helping. I did go on all the it starts with the egg supplements. Would also consider sending husband for a sperm test since it’s easy and accounts for half the problems
