Have an offer of $180k TC from an exciting startup for a role that would build new skills and give me a nice title bump fwiw. Current D Manager at $183 TC and a little bit bored but I do see a way forward in the firm.
My q: how would you weigh the startup's learning and skill building against Deloitte's clear path forward to SM?
I know it depends....tell me how you would approach the decision.
