Second this. All of the WSP modules help with learning best practices and jumpstarting your excel usage. Then, as you get into your new role, i’d suggest approaching any project you have the time to with a genuine curiosity of how to use excel more efficiently and leverage google and excel forums for tips/tricks/solutions to your aspirational excel objectives. You know for the short clips on TikTok xlninja wasn’t too bad. I even learned a few things. But I agree some of these course above.
I would also suggest focusing on learning pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, index match, and if statements. I could make the argument that your basic needs will probably be met with those along with average, sum, sum product, conditional formatting, auto filters, and maybe a few others.
Learn how to name your ranges. That will the formula writing sooooooooooo much easier. It will let you jump across sheets to a particular range easily.
In addition to above resources, see if your employer has a Percipio account. You can earn certificates for free. Usually you will find a link on your learning and development portal.
