I had my last round of interview (3rd round) 3 weeks back in Citi and my hiring manager told me that recruitment process is fast in Citi so you will hear from HR very soon for the next step but HR is not responding my phone and email. My profile is showing under business review stage. What is the meaning of business review? How long should I wait for the response? I really need this job.

I dont think those fall under creative or account.
Where I work ad buyers & SEO & media planners = media dept. And web developers = production

I think of the break as more like creative/media/CX. I wouldn’t put accounts into the split bc account ppl are on each of those 3 — account is just a role within a larger function (like I’m a media account person)
Media would cover the bulk of planning buying and search strategy; CX would cover your site experience (everything from strategy to design to web development to analytics — just all under the umbrella of website) as well as some planning/buying if crossing into digital experience development
Easy answer - there's more than those two buckets!
Strategy and user experience. They are outside account and creative
I hear what y'all are saying about SEO and digital ad managers going into media at your agencies, but at most of the places I worked, there was a hard delineation between traditional/OOH media and digital media. That left digital out in the cold with no over-arching executive guidance (and in a lot of ways this split was predicated on measureability). Where do they fall in this case? Has anyone else seen this happen?

Yeah, that’s not a model I’ve seen in years
I fall under technology, along with software engineers, full stack devs, site architects, SEO, data analysts, and QA.
People who work on social platforms or digital ads fall under the Media team. SEO and Data Analytics can be found there too but rarely developers.
