I've been a digital advertising PM now about 3.5 years. I accidentally through negotiations for more money wound up as a senior PM at my last agency and I constantly feel like an imposter.

Ladies, how would you handle a male coworker who’s openly condescending, argumentative, and dismissive in 99% of interactions?
