Rumbling in the office is that we are paid the lowest of the entire Cleveland market. Plaintiff L&E. Small firm with huge growth. New hires are offered $55k, most of us here 3 yrs make $65k. Litigation makes $75-85k. There are no goal posts for bonuses or raises. We never know if there will be a bonus or a raise. I think we are suffering growing pains, but peers say we are being taken advantage of. What are salaries in this market?
