Always felt like my peloton bike wasn’t calibrated well but after moving homes the issue is much worse. Now using my parents bike while traveling here for the month and very easily PRing way above previous PRs, better hitting target ranges, and also feeling like I’m getting an overall better workout. Any recommendations? Worth trying to recalibrate?

What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

For those of you who lost around 50 pounds, how long did it take you?

My personal trainer keeps telling me that I’m not eating enough and I should be eating 1500 calories. Prior to that I was losing weight and eating 800-1000 calories. Now that I’m slowly increasing to over 1000 calories, I’m gaining weight back and it’s stressing me out.

My job has been busier than ever and my boss is a narcissist which adds stress to my life. Not sure if that could be the cause or if there’s something wrong with me. Any advice?
