Ladies. Genuine advice needed. I have been working with my agency 3.5 years now and have moved from AD TO D. However no bonus or significant pay changes. Over last 4 months I also filled in for my GM who went on Mat leave and agency didn’t get a replacement. Hi Fishes, I got an offer from Walmart and a bit confused with the salary structure. I found some contradiction between my research and HR's word. Fix-25 + MIP-4.8 + RSU-3.6 As per HR, MIP is the minimum that I will get and main thing RSU also I'll be getting all at first year but can sell only 25% and if I leave as well still I'll be getting remaining RSUs which I totally doubt.
