am a 2023 pass out student, all i have is a 3 months internship experience and some pretty good knowledge in coding, i have built few software's and websites. as of now i am jobless i'm worried i don't know how to find a new job, i've been using linkedin. mostly, applications of my pretty much all i get is "unfortunately, we're not going move forwards with your". days passing by i get so many fears about my future. if there is anything that'll help me, to get a job, pls let me know :)

A direct competitor just posted a VP position 1 level above my current position. Currently my company does not have a VP and I report to a SVP. I currently do the job of a VP. What does the progression track look like for post-mba consultants at MBB? Specifically, are there notable differences in promotion timing amongst the firms? I’ve noticed on LinkedIn that several BCGers have reached principal level in 3.5 years (2 as consultant, 1.5 as PL) whereas it seems to take a minimum of 4 years but sometimes even 5 for McK to reach AP level (which I believe is the equivalent?) I have recently resigned from Deloitte India and joined Bain Capability Network, I was taking a base of 6.7 LPA in DI and started working with BCN with base of 8.55 LPA, Now I got to know that another individual from Deloitte got selected in same team in Bain for same role ,and position with same base in DI , but been offered 10.5 LPA by bain since he had offer from other organization and he managed to negotiate to have 10.5 LPA base.
I am little bit disheartened 😐

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of or has curriculum for students in a Study Skills class?

I have been given three sections of Study Skills with 15-20 students in each.
I have always taught SDC, but this year my district said that we can do that now. When I got my credential I was not allowed to teach Resource classes unless I took classes and received the Resource Certificate. Does anyone know if this is legal?
