Am about to get UK ILR/PR soon. Once i get that should i move to Swiss or US for better savings?

My long term goal is UK as its closer to my home country and other aspects such as education and health care.

New to fire, started my first year in the workforce last year putting 13% + 1.5% employee match into a Roth 401k. This year I upped it 1% so 14+1.5% total now. For reference I made in the mid 80s in year one. Is this a safe contribution early in a career? Any tips, or suggestions on how to allocate my savings?

i gotta an offer from AMEX for band 30 for the role of Infrastructure Engineer and I've a 3 years of experience. They've given me 13 LPA as base salary and 90,000 for variable as yearly bonus and 1 LPA for PF & Gratuity. So, total 14.9 LPA.

I have an approved I140 for audit position and I transferred from audit to advisory within the firm. Now my PD just became current. the firm attorney think I am still able to submit 485 application due to similar job duties and same OES code. I noticed the SOC code did change between my two H1b filings. I asked the attorney but they don’t think it matters as similar job duties and SOC codes are linked. Should I worry about it? I still work in the same entity and location, but title was changed.

7th year of H1b and have I140 PD in June 2020 (Chinese)... getting tired of my current job and want to do a MBA then switch career. Is it still possible? Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager? Can I still retain my PD if filing for a new Perm?
