Am feeling low. I continuously searching for better Job change. Almost all colleagues worked with me. Got good change except me. Daily am searching job change. But not even interview calls. Applying in all domains whichever i know. Don't know how to approach from here. Please throw your ideas. Mu family knows how Many calls I got and how many attended.. lost my hope 😞.

Asking for a friend who works in industry: what’s best way to ask for more money during a review/mid-cycle review when it’s < 6% increase last year. She doesn’t have other offers on table but is interviewing and industry comps are slightly higher. Do you need a competing offer to ask?

I just took the PI Behavioral test for an executive interview (it’s a career leap for me) and my results came back as “Maverick.” Basically it shows that I lean far to the ends of the spectrum in terms of independence, outgoing nature, intensity, and informality. I’m not very familiar with this assessment, but I feel like this “persona” is more intense than the way I actually operate. My interviewer asked my thoughts. Is it good to be these things? What should I do?

After accepting LOI, I have resigned from current organization but offer letter not realeased yet.

It strikes me, as we celebrate the 4th of July, how tenaciously anti-American some Americans are. The histories of all countries are littered with atrocities. Some have changed over time and pushed forward a better world. I think it is extraordinarily myopic and self centered not to include the US in that group. Maybe those that want to tear the country down should take the time to realize the amazing amount of change that the country has undergone and the good it has enabled.

I received offer from Epam anywhere. Is it possible to ask hr to change it from Epam anywhere to epam systems because salary structure is different in both the cases?
Please suggest which is good one.
