A&M folk, how does project staffing work within the PEPI group and what has been your avg utilization during your tenure?

I have joined techM on previous year july , now I got an opportunity in wipro and Capgemini.
I didn't put the resignation yet ,I planned to do that today but now I got a client appreciation mail , I am really confused after this appreciation from client , whether it is really good to get out of techM now or not ?
I got better package than techM in other companies.

I also have a doubt , where and when will we receive our ratings in mail or in any of the techM sites ??

Is anyone working or knows anyone who works at Oysterhr? I've been looking at their glassdoor and it's full of positive reviews. I wonder what is it really like and also what is their salary range for project managers?

Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. My project has literally 2 people (1 technical ie Me) and I'm myself new to the technology. I'm expected to make magic happen out of thin air and I don't know how I'm gonna survive here. Any advice?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?
