Rest 12 days I am not serving notice. But my manager is like December 9 is the last working day and they will not do buyout. In my offer letter its mentioned "The company is entitled to either waive the notice period in part or in full at its sole discretion or require payment of equivalent base salary

Does anyone have ideas for balancing digital vs pencil/paper learning in math?

I LOVE to program and use Desmos activities for their interaction and immediate feedback. Plus our state tests are completely digital, so it gives students experience entering math equations digitally.

But there is research to show that the physical act of writing things out helps transfer them to long term memory. And the SAT and ACT are pencil/paper. So... thoughts?
