Am I changing company too quickly?

Company 1 - 2 years 1 month
Company 2 - 1 year 1 month, left this job without any offer.

Then 4 months gap due to personal reasons

Company 3- 1 year 8 months
Company 4- Started now( 1 months done)

Overall experience - 5 years! Plan is to work in Company 4 for longer period now but let's see how things go.

I have total 12 yoe and i am in a non technical role. The kind of roles i have done since past 5 years are very specific to my organization and are not present in other companies. So i am not able to switch right now. I am thinking to switch to a part technical career in Data Science + Product Management.

Do online courses help in this? If yes, how do i start and which course to begin with? Highly appreciate any help.

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for?
