Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? I always wanted to work in consulting (for the varied and dynamic work) and did get a few offers many years ago from EY and PwC but didn't take them because the pay wasn't great. Now that I'm at a Director level in Compliance in the banking industry, I'm wondering if it's too late now to switch to consulting? I do want to give it a try. What do you all think? Do you know of people who've moved from banking into consulting at my career stage? I've 18 years work experience.

What would your reaction be after finding out your near identical counterpart makes 10k more than you do? Would you still want to relocate to your office’s city after finding out? Don’t get me wrong, I know I got the short end of the stick and I plan on leaving once I hit my year mark in 6 months. I just am so saddened yet not actually surprised that my agency did that to me.

I am in a difficult situation got an offer from one company with 40% hike i told them i will avail buyout option and join there in 2 weeks as i am currently not serving notice period. now i am not getting interest to join there due to work timings but not getting calls to try for other opportunities.
