Am I reading too much into this? My husband has a very distant female relative that resembles me physically, and he had a teenage crush on (gross). They’ve rekindled a friendship about 4 years ago...

You feel this way for a reason. I’d just ask him if he’s planning on seeing her, and if he is, let him know you’d prefer if he didn’t. Is there any way you can talk to him openly and just tell him how you feel? There’s no need to hide it, this is your husband.

What makes you believe he’s planning on visiting her if he didn’t mention it?

And they started chatting a lot for a few months after we stayed at their home. Over time they stopped and I had to explicitly address my feelings with him- I was jealous and I said I’d prefer he not talk to her regularly. He stopped, but they still share basic WhatsApp messages, which we both said is fine. She has four kids and is married. We have two. He has an upcoming work trip and will be about 3.5 hours train ride away. He hasn’t told me but I believe he is planning on meeting her during his off time. Not sure if I should bring it up and Im embarrassed that I’m jealous and having a hard time trusting him in this ridiculous scenario- not because he will do anything, but more about the fact that he’s not respecting my wishes and that he feels the need/want to connect with her because she’s “family”. She’s known to have gotten around a lot before getting married and has a flirtatious way about her. And physical she’s his type. I wanna throw up writing this. But I know I feel they intense jealousy and mistrust and I don’t want to ignore it. But how do I manage this without a huge fight and looking petty?

Anyone else feel broke? Wife and I collectively make ~250k, are debt free and save to our 401k's. neither come from wealthy families. Both don't drink or eat out much. Or have expensive shopping...

Female here. Had a female client berate me and undermine my role in front of the whole team. What is it with some women find joy in belittling other women??

Received an offer from Accenture. $13k pay increase. Going from Sr. consultant at BAH to Consultant at Accenture. Thoughts?

Curious about the salary progression of others. How much did you make at age 20, 25, 30, and 35?

My happy song is "Friday I'm In Love". What's yours?

As I prepared to file my notice, the partner of the firm called me and asked me to stay. They’re willing to promote me mid year in December and increase salary next year in August. The current offer I have gives 60% pay increase and Partner still can’t match that offer after promotion. Firm leadership says here I have potential to be a partner in 8 years and talk about all the leadership support I have rn which is fair. Is this one of their tactics to make me stay or should I just leave…

Does anyone work for TCS in USA that’d be willing to discuss their experience?

Off Track. The new episode of Walking Dead was the worst yet. And I have to attend an early morning meeting.

2020 Corolla with 35k miles for 21700. Is this a good deal or do you think I can find a better deal?

I was just told by my manager that taking a 2 week vacation would look bad while staffed on a client project. I’ve already been on this project for over a year and another extension is coming. Take 1week, he said. My husband and I planned to travel to Europe from the west coast which is expensive and time consuming. We don’t want to limit ourselves to 1 week. Has anyone else run into this type of situation? Can management really dictate how long you can get away - if you have the days accrued?

So I earn about $10k a day in a side gig... should I continue to work in consulting? With the work from home thing I can do both.
