So incredibly frustrated with my company’s maternity policy. 0 parental leave and 6 weeks at 60%. I have a non CS related bachelors degree but 7+ years of development experience. I have heard to qualify for TN Visa in the US for a SWE job you need a bachelors degree in a related field. Anyone have experience getting around this?
