I was told MBB is at around 65% of occupancy (excluding vacations out of the days worked only 65% are on projects). Is it correct?
What do you do the rest of the time? Prpoposals or working in developing some knowledge? how are the hours when doing that?

I have a field in excel that represents the GSID, that I want to concatenate to create a link. Example field GSID is 123-west and the link needs to be www.website/123_west.html for some reason using concatenate with left & right formulas to switch - to _ results in the field throwing an error. Anyone knows of a way to make this work?

Streamline the process. Have the same template for whoever you need the forecast from, put them in a Sharepoint w/ individual permissions, have them fill the file out, then powerquery it up.
I would second this solution. I'm doing the exact same thing as I work on my team's piece of next year's plan.
If you're not going to take the PowerQuery route, I would set the template up exactly in the same order that you would apply it to in your model. It makes things a ton easier when copying and pasting the data in.
Try to automate using VBA macros. But if you have to be told that than you probably face a steap learning curve.
Another option might be SQL. Is the data available in a data warehouse? If so then what you want may be just a quick “select”statement away.
Newer versions of Excel feature Power Query, which can do a lot with an easier learning curve than VBA.
